Why should you take my course? Growing up I catered from home with my family. I had to wake up at 5am to rub meats, and help my mom prepare all of our secret southern sides for the days caterings. While my brother and I were in school my parents would cater, after school the dishes were waiting in the sink for us to wash and get ready to do it all over again the next day.
In 2006 my family opened our restaurant where I worked every position for over 14 years, until they closed in 2019. When they decided to close, the passion for our brand had already been embedded in my soul, so I started Bubba's-Q Food Trucks to carry on my families BBQ Legacy.
Being in the restaurant business literally all my life I have learned how to over come many challenges in the business.
Many people began reaching out to me on social media asking me questions about how to get started in the food truck business, which led me to creating my digital course. But, I have taken digital courses before that I felt alone and lost on, so I have taken extra time and energy in developing my course to ensure it is as helpful as possible and packed with all of the tips tools and templates you need to start and successfully scale in the food truck industry.
Before I launch my course I am looking for 2 more people to work with 1 on 1 these people will have the opportunity to complete my course FOR FREE, and have an opportunity to pitch their business at the first annual BBQ Consulting Pitch Competition January 11, 2023 (for a chance to win $10,000.00) towards their new Food Truck Business.
