- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper Sliced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper Sliced
- 1 Orange Bell Pepper Sliced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper Sliced
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Grammaw Knows Everything But Salt
- 1 teaspoon Grammaw Knows Hickory Smoked Sea Salt
- 1 Lemon
- ½ Stalk Fresh Lemon Grass, grated
- 2 Knob onions sliced (Vidalia onion or Green Onions)
- In a large mixing bowl, add cleaned and sliced bell peppers, onions, olive oil, Grammaw Knows Everything But Salt, Grammaw Knows Hickory Smoked Sea Salt, and lemon juice.
- Mix well and add fresh grated lemon grass cover and refrigerate until chilled.
- Enjoy cold as a salad or you can bake in the oven on 375 for 20 minutes and serve as a hot side.
